It is a confidential communication channel through which Tegra employees, customers, suppliers, business partners and any stakeholder can report fraud, unethical conduct and other irregularities they become aware of in the company.

The Confidential Channel is managed by an independent third-party company, which guarantees confidentiality and, if desired, anonymity when reporting unethical attitudes.
